    The key is here:

Disk quota exceeded (122) in /home/website4clients1/public_html/jewels4eva.co.uk/wp-content/themes/ST/framework/_config.php on line 72

You’re out of disk space. Contact tech support at your host. Review what’s in your media library and delete an unused images.

You seem to have two completely separate problems:

    1. Your site’s disk quota has been exceeded. You need to speak with your hosts about this.

    2. You appear to have an issue in your current theme. Try switching to the Twenty Sixteen theme temporarily until you can contact your theme’s developer for support.

The problem is the host has scammed me. Setup the website took my money and then shut the business down. I’ve no way of getting in touch as everywhere I go is a deadend.
I spent over £600 for this website.

Can anyone help me fix this?

My ecommerce site is supposed to be unlimited in terms of pages and everything. So I don’t understand how it can be exceeded.

Sounds like you should move your site to another host.

Will I need to pay to do this? I’m not really good with technical stuff so need to know how to do this. I really don’t want to be spending anymore money

Well, your domain was registered 3 years ago so I’m not sure about any scam. Are you referring to your web developer? I would start by contacting this company http://www.names.co.uk/, since they are listed as the registrar.

Once you obtain access to your files via FTP, just take the advice of others and move to a new host.

well, you’re going to have to pay for new hosting and if you don’t now how to move a site (or don’t want to), you might want to hire a WP professional (though the new host may do that for your for free — it doesn’t hurt do ask).

On further investigation, it seems that possibly the company that built your site was hosting it with the company I named above. I came to this conclusion because the error message you are receiving includes “website4clients1” in the URL. I would contact them immediately to see if they could help you recover your files.

Keep in mind that most hosts only keep backups for a short period of time.

    Good luck 🙂

The company I bought the domain from is names.co.uk. So is that who I need to contact?
The company that built my website is Mixobiz. Who I’ve been trying to contact and not been successful.
Do you think names.co.uk can help me? If so I don’t mind giving them a try, but as far as Mixobiz is concerned that’s a no go.
