    Hello, I am helping troubleshoot a problem with a Caddy Pro purchase a few nights ago. We received no email confirmations of the order or about account creation with usecaddy.com. Without this we are not able to get our license key. When we do the password reset on usecaddy.com it says it is sending an email out, but we are not receiving anything. We have message support a couple time but haven’t heard anything back. I am messaging here because I don’t believe we are getting emails from your domain so we are not sure if you are trying to reply or not. Just in case your emails are not working this can provide a different method of communication.
