Website Redirecting

    A site I am managing has been hijacked and redirecting: http://www.bookoccino.com/
    I have tried all the usual things:
    – Full wordpress update
    – plugin update/s
    – wordfence scan
    – malware scan
    – removed suspicious SEO text in pages & posts

    Any additional help would be very appreciated.
