# Website removed?

 * At the WordPress Admin page I get “Unable to reach your web app account at this
   moment. Please reload the page to retry. If the issue persists,” contact [Customer Support](https://www.cookieyes.com/support/).
   
   When I go to Web App it shows I have no website connected.I had a paid account
   until 28th of January. Did all my data just get deleted after that without warning?
   Should it not revert to at least the free version? Is the data recoverable?
