 * I am using Litespeed Cache from few months. But there is more to optimise. I 
   hVe attached GT Metrix link for recommendations. Can You tell me what i can do
   more to Optimize it?

 * Also if we turn on the Guest Optimization Mode in Litespeed Cache to Fast the
   Website Speed.

 * yes, you can use QC or CF , or even both (not recommended though)
 * yes , your pages will still shows on google
