# Website Sync Issue

 * Hello,
 * I am having issues with collecting emails form users on my website.
 * When I enter a new email into any/all of my pop-ups on my website it says “Oops.
   Something went wrong. Please try again later.
 * I test to see if my list is collecting new emails, and it is not. It says my 
   list is verified in the plugin.
 * Could you please help me as a matter of urgency.

   If you need more help after reading that KB article please let me know the underlying
   error in the log under MailChimp for Wp > Other.
