Website Template Messing with Plugin

I recently changed the Template of my personal blog to a new template design i like. the problem is it messed up the tooltips made using a plugin i have installed on my site. the tooltips have a white background making the text unviewable. the issue can be seen when you hover over links on the most wanted section on this page. http://www.psnmounts.com/first-blog-post/
