Title: Weird "Method Not Implemented" error Last modified: August 19, 2016 --- # Weird "Method Not Implemented" error * Resolved [lipsk](https://wordpress.org/support/users/lipsk/) * (@lipsk) * [15 years, 5 months ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/weird-method-not-implemented-error/) * Hi, * Today I got a weird error when I was posting on an active blog (with more than 200 posts). * I was able to add new posts with “lorem ipsum” text and blank content but I keep getting the message when I try to post the same specifc text * “Method Not Implemented GET to …/wp-admin/post.php not supported. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.” * After some time testing each part of the text, I found out that the part “CD/” was causing the error. I removed it and the post was saved fine. I tested other combinations of letters and words with “/” and everything was ok except “CD/” and “CD /” * I tested on other blog with WP 3.0.4 on the same server and it happened again. I tested on WP other servers and the error didn’t happened. * Is it a mod security problem? Anyone has seen this kind of error before? It’s probably mod_security. * About WP version: I’m finishing a new theme for the parent site and it will become a multiblog.
