Weird problem with redirects

This morning when I tried to visit one of the pages on my blog, I got a redirect to this install page: https://johntedesco.net/blog/wp-admin/install.php. Several other pages have this problem, including the login page. I didn’t do this intentionally and have no idea what’s causing it.

This doesn’t seem to be a problem with any posts I’ve checked, the blog’s home page, or some blog pages. Only certain pages. I have never seen or heard of this problem before. Any ideas what might be causing this? I remember updating some plugins yesterday but that’s about it. Thanks …
