It looks like there is some misunderstanding. Our Cloud API is priced on ‘buy more as you go up’ model. The prices start at $49/month and you can upgrade your package as your usage grow. We also offer free trial which allows you to process a limited number of docs for free if you do not have to process a large number of documents.

Or that it looks like it’s working but in fact it doesn’t.

Could you please share what issue did you face? Some times, the issue is specific to a particular document or the way it is being processed. So if you could please share some more details about your issue, we’ll be in a better position to help you out.

In this case you can use free trial which allows you to process a limited number of docs for free if you do not have to process a large number of documents.
