    Hey, im new to wePOS plugin, I have hubspot and wordpress customers/users/contacts connected, but when I want to add a customer to wePOS there is no customer and I have to create them, if I create an existing user there is a message “An account is already registered with your email address. Please log in.“. What can I do to make the customers appear?

    Hi @filipg,

    In WordPress, you cannot add a user using the same email address. You need to use a different email address for each account.

    However, in wePOS, you can sell products only to those users who have the customer user role. If you already have pre-registered customers, you can find them by search through the customer search field.

    Else, you need to create a new user by clicking on the plus(+) sign button.
