# What are the errors?

 * The plugin shows me I have 2 errors after optimizing my media files, but it’s

 * This is Joseph from Imagify, and I’ll gladly assist you here!
 * I’m really sorry you’re having issues with this! It seems that the “Error” filter
   is not working correctly for you and it’s just listing all of your images instead.
   I can see from your video that you’re using Elementor, and it’s possible that
   may be leading to the filtering issue. We’re still not entirely sure why that
   happens in some rare cases yet.
 * What you may need to do is navigate through all 6 of your pages so you can view
   all of your images. The 2 with errors should be listed in there somewhere, and
   once you find them, feel free to share the specific error message with me so 
   we can see what can be done about them.
 * For future errors (if you get any more), while you’re running the bulk optimizer,
   you can click the “View Details” link and it will show you the error messages.
