 * Hello,
 * I tried to use this plugin but unfortunately I could not. Can you please answer
   these 2 questions:
    1. What piece of code need to be placed exactly in the code
   of the page where you want to display the form in the page? 2. Where exactly 
   you specify the link to the Infusionsoft server from where the JS code is loaded?

 * You have two options:
 * If you’ve enabled auto-replace in the plugin settings, then you just copy and
   paste the web form JavaScript snippet from Infusionsoft into your post or page
   using the Visual editor, then save or update your post. It will automatically
   get converted into the shortcode format.
 * If you haven’t enabled auto-replace or don’t want to use it, then you can use
   the shortcode as described on the plugin page. It could look something like this:
   `[
   javascript src="https://example.infusionsoft.com/app/form/iframe/5d07ccaa3e9ab94dea1f6982da9fb266"/]`
 * The src URL would be the URL provided in the JavaScript snippet you get from 
   Infusionsoft.
