What happens if I deactivate Force HTTPS plugin?

I want to deactivate my plugins one by one to see what might be causing a certain problem. What will happen if I deactivate Force HTTPS? Will it reverse the https:// setup? For that matter, can I uninstall Force HTTPS once it has done its job?
