 * My server is saying I’m using too much disk space. I just have a fairly simple
blog. I’ve installed WP-Cache and WP-DB Manager. I’ve turned off most of my plugins,
   just leaving the following:
 * 404 Notifier
AddThis Sidebar Widget Akisment Dean’s Permalink Migration Feedsmith
Sideblog Viper Video Quick Tags WP-Cache WP-Contact Form WP-Database Manager
 * Are any of these database killers? I have 4000 + posts in my blog archive. That
might be part of it. I may need to move to a Virtual Private Server. But if I
want to see if anyone’s got any other options first?

 * To be honest, I don’t think the server would take up as much space as the 4000
+ posts. This is especially true if you have uploaded many pictures.
 * What is your disk quota on your current server?

 * To be clear, it is the disk quota not my total storage space I’m exceeding and
from what I’ve gather the quota is 32MB.
 * I use very pictures in my posts, so I don’t think that’s part of it.

 * 32MB sounds more like a php memory limit. 32MB is an odd number to have as a
disk quota. And from the error your page generates that looks like exactly it.
If you look at your log files you’ll probably see something like php memory limit
exceeded. You can try temporarily renaming your plugin folder and see if you
   can access you blog.

 * I have a total of 50 Meg of disk space and I’m getting error messages each day
now saying that I only have 43.5 meg of space left. Each message adds more to
to the total number. We haven’t been adding any real large content lately.
    But
we recently put the stats plug-in on our site. Is that what is using up the disk
   space?
