Hi,

I installed the plugin successfully. Now when I test my domain on
https://hstspreload.org/ it says my site still isn’t compliant. But https://gf.dev/hsts-test says it is so who should I believe?… And what to do next in order to actually enable HSTS?

Im pretty sure your site is hsts compliant, https://hstspreload.org/ seems to be saying that they will not add you to the list as your site is a subdomain.

I ran it through ssl labs

https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=www.swmusicprod.com

looks fine, as I said though unless it is set up on the root domain then it won´t be preloaded

Ok thanks for clarifying. Is there a benefit to setting it up on the rot domain or should I just leave it like that?

slight speed potential speed increase as you would be eligible for the preload list, marginal though. I am resolving for good order but will still monitor the thread.
