 * to be very honest, i am tired by the way worpdress plugin dashboard is being 
   acting, whenever i search for any thing in plugin search, some plugin developed
   by some GetBusinessBlog.com (see attachment),

 * WordPress.org does not allow advertising like this.
 * It appears that a theme or plugin you have installed on your site contains a 
   function that has hijacked the plugin search to show serving spammy advertising
   rather than genuine search results.
 * Have you installed a free theme or plugin which had been downloaded from somewhere
   other than WordPress.org? If a theme or plugin installed from WordPress.org has
   caused this, it will be removed for breaching the rules of inclusion.
 * Temporarily deactivate all currently active plugins and try a plugin search. 
   If the hijacked search results are no longer showing, activate your plugins one-
   by-one until the hijacked search results show again. This will identify which
   plugin is causing this. If it is one downloaded from WordPress.org, please post
   its name so it can be checked.
 * If the issue still occurs with no plugins active, switch to the default twenty
   fifteen theme to similarly check whether your current theme may be causing this.

 * i dowloaded it from wp itself, as i never download plugin from other sources 
   in my knowledge.

 * I am unable to find a version of that plugin available from the plugins directory.
 * I would recommend deleting it. It appears to be a commercial plugin so if you
   sourced it for free from somewhere other than the primary vendor, there may be
   other suspicious code included.
