# Whatsapp Utility messages issue

 * We get this error message in the Facebook plugin logs for WooCommerce every time
   an order is placed on the site.
 * However, we don’t use WhatsApp notifications on our site.
 * _Info Customer Events Post API call for Order id 154554 Failed due to failed 
   connection
   Info Processing Order id 154555 to send Whatsapp Utility messages
