 * Try re-uploading your core WordPress files.

 * Hi jdingman,
    No. I had my hosting co. install the program in April because I
   am no that computer literate. I don’t know how to re-upload and will I lose everything

 * If your hosting company is in control of it, I would suggest talking to them 
   about re-uploading the files. Also, make sure you are running the latest 2.8.4
   code.

 * Yes. As long as they don’t drop your database. All the posts and comments are
   stored in the database.
 * Make sure you backup everything being performing an upgrade though, just in case.
