When horizontal mode is not working.

Hi, regarding a glitch I guess.
Sorry if the image url is not allowed, I tried my best but couldn’t find it.

As the image shows. I applied them on the page [google-translator], and horizontal mode and align mode are not working without flags settings. But I don’t like flag settings.

I applied the same settings on my free hosting site. Not working as well. I tested on cache-free browsers, I believe it’s not about the cache.
