This plugin use to work perfectly, then at some point it stopped. I have it installed on multisite website.

Please give me a hand if you wouldn’t mind. We love using this tool.

    Sorry to hear that!

Are you able to take a look in the php error logs on your server to see if there is a fatal error showing?

Can you try deactivating all the other plugins on your site and see if the problem persists? Try switching to a default theme too.

I will check now, and report back.

Ok so heres the diagnosis… nothing is coming up in the php error log that I can see. But I was checking the functions

If Switch to is done Admin>Admin account then everything works fine.

If Switch is done Admin>User account, then you get white screen.

If you then try to load the front end of site, the user shows as logged in.

So my thought it that there’s some redirect that’s supposed to be happening but not, when switching from an admin account to a normal user account.

Thanks for the updates! Do you think you can try deactivating your other plugins (and switching to a default theme) in case there is a conflict on the site?

    Hi again,

So I had my developer take a stab it…

    He says:

“i edit code plugin, now it working correct, but still problem, if switch to user not admin , on home page no see link Switch back.”

We use to be able to see this Switch Back link before..

Do you know what’s the problem?

Can I give you access to take a look maybe?

We fixed it. It was a theme conflict.
