To do this, we’ll need to enable logging for the plugin. * Please go to **WooCommerce > Settings > Payments** then click the Manage button beside Square. On the following page, please enable logging and then click save. What this does is save the communication between your site and Square’s servers. * Now that you’ve enabled logging, you’ll need to try placing an order so that we can capture the message. * Once you’ve tried placing the order, please go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs. From the drop down menu, please select the most recently dated Square Gateway log. Copy and paste it’s contents into a reply to us please. That will help us figure out the issue. * A few things to keep in mind with using the Square plugin: – Your website’s currency must match your Square accounts – Transactions need to be for a minimum of $1 * Also, I’d recommend changing your theme to a default one like Storefront and testing using that.
