 * Yes on the field From I have clear it and enter other information and it is always
   showing when receiving, it say from WordPress

 * Right now i have only [your-name] left again by default, i receive the person
   name but this is what comes in

   cant fix is something with the plugin. Your help is appreciated.

 * `[your-name] <[your-email]>`
 * In the Subject field, use:
 * `[your-subject]`
