# When removing Counter text does not stretch

   When removing the Like/View counter on the desktop version on the individual 
   blog pages the text beside the like/view counter does not stretch across to become
   centralised. How can we change this?

 * This is something that comes with your theme, and not WordPress.
 * How are you “removing” the counter? Are you using custom CSS code or toggling
   the feature off in the theme’s settings?
 * The following custom CSS should align the post vertically with the featured image:
 *     ```
       .single-article-inner {
           padding-left: 0;
       }
       ```

 * Hi George, We are removing the counter by toggling the feature off in the theme
   settings.
 * I will try this Custom CSS and let you know.
