# When Will I Get Subversion Access?

 * I submitted a plugin on Sunday to be hosted on the WordPress Subversion repository.
   I was wondering how long it would be before I would get my access information.

 * Did you bother searching? Someone asks this once or twice a week.
    You’ll get
   it when they get around to it. It’s a manual process that is done for free. Mine
   all took less than a day. I’ve heard some people say it took a week or so for
   them. You use your same password for SVN as for wordpress.org

 * it will take between 1 day to 1 month if I am not wrong, hallsofmontezuma you
   are lucky to get it within 1 day. lol It took 3 weeks for mine.

 * GamerZ, I guess my plugins just happened to be requested whenever the admins 
   were close to going through the requests again.
 * Jason, in the meantime, continue work on your plugin while you wait, and on your
   plugin site if you have one. In the future I suggest doing a search before posting.
   You’ll see how frustrating it is once you release your plugin and have 2534 people
   asking the same question without doing even a simple search first.

   agreed! yea, i have been frustrated since the day my plugins went public a few
   years back till now and I am still frustrated.
 * Common problems is people do not search and do not read the readme.
