 * There was a JS error in /wp-admin/load-scripts.php that prevented Save All Settings
   buttons to display correctly.
 * If you experience similar problem try to replace /ad-inserter/js/ad-inserter.
   js with the file from trunk:
    [http://plugins.svn.wordpress.org/ad-inserter/trunk/js/ad-inserter.js](http://plugins.svn.wordpress.org/ad-inserter/trunk/js/ad-inserter.js)
