Where can i find a trusted plugin developer?

I am looking for a plugin developer to discuss a plugin that I am looking to have either custom built or customized from a current plugin that I use.

I dont really want to put to much info in this post but I am happy to discuss with a plugin developer in private.

I have been searching Google for developers but its so hard to find any that I feel i can trust.
