# Where do I insert site id code?

 * I might be missing something, but where do I add my UA-XXXXXXX code for the analytics
   code to be embedded?
 * Or do I need another plugin to add the code and this to enhance it? If so, which
   plugin do you recommend?

   tracker code.
 * Typically we recommend [Google Analyticator](http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/google-analyticator/).
   However, if you’re using Google’s new Universal Analytics beta (unlikely), we
   wrote a plugin, [GA Universal](http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/ga-universal/)
   to insert the new code onto the page.
