# Where do I install plugins?

 * I have to be nuts. I’ve seen screen-capped how-to’s, but my WP always seems to
   not have the next step. For example, if I go to settings under admin to enable
   plug-ins, I can’t access Network Settings. I want to install Yoast SEO, and I,
   apparently, am computer illiterate.

 * then you won’t have plugins aailable (full stop).

 * Hello!
 * You don’t have to enable plugins in WordPress, at least not on WordPress.org.
   I’m guessing you are using WordPress.COM, not WordPress.ORG. They are two different
   things, WordPress.COM being a lot more limited, if you’re not paying for stuff
   at least.
 * Here you can read more about it, even though they try to sugar-coat WordPress.
