Where is my plugin?

On Sunday morning, I emailed a question to support about a feature I needed. I received an answer very quickly stating that your registered plug in would meet my needs.
I spent the $30 for the PRO version, received my confirmation email for payment and waited.
And waited.
And waited.I’ve now sent 5 separate emails and support ticket requests wanting to know where the installation information is for my registered version. No word from anyone.
Are they always like this? I just want my plug in.
