    On Sunday morning, I emailed a question to support about a feature I needed. I received an answer very quickly stating that your registered plug in would meet my needs.

    I spent the $30 for the PRO version, received my confirmation email for payment and waited.
    And waited.
    And waited.

    I’ve now sent 5 separate emails and support ticket requests wanting to know where the installation information is for my registered version. No word from anyone.

    Are they always like this? I just want my plug in.

    I guess you didn’t receive emails with replies because of some server problems. Maybe our emails was blocked by some kind of spam filters or something like this. Actually after purchase you should receive automatically created email with all your purchase details, including account details.

    Login to the client member place section and install key plugin on the website where you have free version installed. Here’s user guide which show how to install key on your website: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3vBl9Ke6bsg

    Please check your ticket and mailbox. Account details was send to your one more time.
