where to put the code?

Where do I put <?php echo do_shortcode(“[huge_it_gallery id=’4′]”); ?>

I want the slider to be under the menu and above the photo’s on the homepage http://www.countrydancevillage.com

I can add it to post and pages but not on this homepage 🙁
