 * I use Perfmatters to speed up my site. However, the top ads on my site won’t 
   appear immediately.
 * i asked Perfmatters Support and they said I need to exclude AdInserter Pro JavaScript(
   not the images or insert code).
 * What’s the name of the JavaScript used, please?
