White listing not working on a multisite instance

    Hi –
    UnderConstruction whitelisting has just stopped working properly on the multisite I am working on when I am logged in as a super admin.

    If a specific user is created for a site the whitelisting can be applied to this user and works properly, but I want to use the super admin login.

    Hi,
    We haven’t changed any code related to that in years so I’d suggest checking cache first. Not sure what else could be the problem.

    Thanks for the reply, but it is definitely not a caching issue. I have tried logging in using a browser I have never used and the problem persists.

    If I select a specific user it can be whitelisted, but there is no option to be able to select a multisite super admin user.

    The plugin has previously just worked with the Administrator User Role selected to be whitelisted.

    I’ll look into this but, again, we haven’t changed anything related to whitelisting in years.
