    Hey Guys,

As soon as I activate I get a white page on front end. Have deactivated everything but Elementor Pro, Poly Lang and your plugin and switched to 2015 theme.

    Is there something I’m missing?

    Hi, thanks for your feedback!

From your report above it looks like you didn’t install/activate Elementor the free base version? This is also needed, please activate at first, before Elementor Pro and my plugin.

If you have white screen this could be a lot of causes… Try to remove my plugin folder (“/connect-polylang-elementor/”) from within wp-content/plugins/ (via FTP).

Then try again – activate plugins in that order:
    – Polylang (free or Pro)
    – Elementor (free basis)
    – Elementor Pro
    – my plugin: Polylang Connect for Elementor

We’ve tested with different themes, including Twenty Seventeen – have no other reports for crashes yet so it could be that the installing was abrupted in your install or anything.

I will test again with Twenty Fifteen theme of course.

    Hi again!
I just tested again with Twenty Seventeen and Twenty Fifteen themes.

I tried activation of plugins in any order – and also with only one or few plugins active at a time.

Could not replicate a crash at any time and combination of theme/ plugins.

My plugin has built-in checks for all needed plugins (Polylang, Elementor, Elementor Pro), so does its things only when these are active.

I assume their was some issue on installing – maybe the WordPress plugin/theme installer did not finish some of the installations maybe?

    One possible solution is:
    Make a backup first, please.
Delete plugins in your plugin folder manually by removing/deleting them.
Install them again manually or via WordPress plugin installer, one by one, and activate in that order to be sure:
    – Polylang
    – Elementor (free)
    – Elementor Pro
    – Polylang Connect for Elementor

I don’t see any multi language setup on your site. Please confirm if you have setup multi languages with PolyLang and you would also need to set your default language.

Once this is done, please re-install the plugin and retest.

We got user report on another channel that the issue could be resolved and user got the plugin working. Therefore I mark the issue as resolved for now.

If you have any further question please feel free to start a new thread.

    Have a great time!
