# White screen when using your plugin

 * I have problem with one of my WordPress sites. When this plugin is activated 
   i get a white screen or critical error message. When i deactivated your plugin
   the website is working as normal.
 * I tried to deactivete brizy and brizy pro, then i could have it activated.
 * It seems to be something strange here. Can it be a issue between Brizy and Responsive
   Menu – Create Mobile-Friendly Menu? Can you take a look at this issue.

 * Responsive menu Plugin might be conflicting with the Brizy builder.
 * Can you please try enabling “Use wp_footer hook” under Settings -> Advance. And
   then save the settings.
 * Let me know if this resolves the issue or not.

   I have waited for almost a week now and your response time have been very slow.

 * It seems that there is no way to upload a image to the WordPress forum. I share
   the image in our email conversation instead, i hope that is okay.

 * Now the problem is solved. I put the solution here in case it can help others.
 * The user interface has changed, so make sure that you use the new user interface.
   You can activate it by pressing the button “Try new version”.
 * After that it should work without any error messages.
