Yes, it is possible.
1. Please, go to your Personal Lists page here:
https://cleantalk.org/my/show_private
2. Press the blue button “Add new records” for the Anti-Spam Service.
3. Add a subnet you want or IPs you want.
Example for a subnet: 10.11.12.13/24
4. Select websites you want to apply this record to.
5. Press the green button “Whitelist”.
Please note that changes will be applied in 10 minutes for your CleanTalk Control Panel.
Now the CleanTalk plugin has to see the changes. It will take them automatically in an hour, or simply press “Save Changes” on its settings page to make the plugin see your whitelist changes immediately:
WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Antispam by CleanTalk —> Save Changes.

It’s giving me a wrong format error.
I need to whitelist something like this…

I have 21 locations that use the same first-six numbers and then branch off from there…
111.111.xxx.xx
For the x’s above, I’d like to specify the entire range of options. It’s difficult to collect all of the individual numbers, but if I could specify the range, it will make life easier.

At the moment our blacklist interface does not accept that format.

Okay, there are two ways to do it.
1. Add 21 records of your subnets. Example:
- 111.111.1.0/24
- 111.111.2.0/24
- and so on.
2. Or whitelist whole network:
111.111.0.0/16
The preferable way is the first one. Simply change /24 masks to whatever mask you need for a particular subnet.
