I setup an “Under Construction” page. Went to preview it…and now when I try to access other pages to work on them (while logged in)…it always goes back to the “Under Construction” page. I double checked the settings and user group and user “ADMIN” are selected to be exceptions.

Never mind…was a server issue. Had another issue with my theme and when the server issue that fixed that took effect, the plugin worked perfectly.
