I’ve been building this site for months and installed your under construction plugin in April. Up until today I was whitelisted and was able to see the real site when logged in. Now I get the under construction page – even when previewing from my dashboard.

I checked the under construction settings, and they all look correct. I cleared my browser data too.

    Help!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Experiencing this also, I have been using this plugin before now, when it’s enabled and I am logged in, I can still access the website, but I noticed all of this changed when I update the plugin to the latest version.

    Thanks

@alexpowell1978 and @solamichealolawale are your ips address the same that are in the whitelist? Some ISP providers have public ips that change from time to time… Can You check that?

Anyway this is a feature that are only available at the PRO version, so You should contact us using the support option that you find inside the plugin… I cannot give support to PRO plugins here.

    Closing…

@alexpowell1978 and @solamichealolawale another user called my attention to the reply of this post.

I apologize my wrong answer. Actually the whitelist is a PRO feature but only the IP version one. I don’t know why I connected the role feature with the IP one.

So, in order to try to get you a fix on this, because I tested this on my side and I see it working properly and because of that I believe this is kind of a conflict with some plugin, please reach me by using this form (https://www.webfactoryltd.com/contact-support/) and provide me some user and password, with roles that I can test and make some tests, in order to try to see what’s the source of the issue.
