This forum is all the support that is available and it is staffed solely by volunteers. Occasionally, we do miss some posts but you really need to leave it at least 24 hours before posting again.

Thanks for replying. I actually did wait 24 hours – this problem began yesterday. No one has been able to help me. I actually found older posts similar to mine – no solution. There has to be someone who can help.
My problem – I forgot my password, tried to get a new one. WordPress sent me an email which should have contained a link to the new password. My email did not contain the link, it was a blank email. I have tried multiple times and also checked my spam folder.
I cannot access my account without the password. There has to be someone who can help me.
Is this a hosted version of wordpress that you have access to via FTP
