If you go to this page for example [http://www.mauiceramics.com/product-category/kitchen-backsplashes/large-kitchen-backsplashes/](http://www.mauiceramics.com/product-category/kitchen-backsplashes/large-kitchen-backsplashes/) and look at the 2nd image on the left top row, it doesn’t show the whole plaque in normal thumbnail size. Instead, unlike pretty much everything else on the page it kind of exploded and cropped back down. How can I make it behave like the rest of them? The “400×400” bit on the end of the cropped image is the sign of an image being cropped. I added my proof below. I don’t think you have a site problem, I just think that this particular image has a weird thumbnail. * Follow these instructions to update your thumbnail. My boss had me remove the whole product (including the image out of the image library) and re-post it as a test and that didn’t work either. Try reaching out to your theme developer to see if there’s a known theme issue. It looks like you’re using Divi by Elegant Themes [http://www.elegantthemes.com/contact.html](http://www.elegantthemes.com/contact.html) 2. To fix the immediate issue, try using a thumbnail editing plugin like this one( I cant say I’ve used it before, just did a search) to force WordPress to use a different thumbnail [https://wordpress.org/plugins/post-thumbnail-editor](https://wordpress.org/plugins/post-thumbnail-editor) 3. See if Elegant Themes gets back to you and helps you fix the cause.
