• I use [Loco Translate].

Why aren’t the changes in WordPress core “6.7.x – Development (default)” or “Administration (default → admin)” reflected?

I thought I had changed the “Save draft” section displayed on the top right of the block editor editing screen, but all that happened was that Japanese was changed to English.

Is it not possible to change this?

What did you generate your Japanese file from?

Looks like this text is a JavaScript translation, and Loco Translate doesn’t currently extract script translations from WordPress core. In fact, until this moment I didn’t know the Core translations had any.

The approach I recommend is to install the “official” GlotPress translations which does have this string. Then if you want to customize the installed translations, use Loco Translate’s copy function. Make sure you select “Merge strings from related JSON files”.
