# Why does my submit button doesn't work?

 * I don’t know why my submit button of wordpress customer review doesn’t work. 
   Since I didn’t enable that button for all my post, you can check that problem
   in this [HostGator vs iPage ](http://inlinehostblogger.com/hostgator-vs-ipage/)
   review It was working in the beginning. From last 1 month, this problem is causing
   me headache. I have read some other thread related to this problem. There the
   replies was to deactivate all the plugin and check. I have lots of plugin enabled
   in wordpress, so its difficult for me deactivate all those, so please tell me
   another way?

 * Back up your database, then try deactivating and deleting WP Customer Reviews,
   and then add it back in again. You shouldn’t lose the reviews, but backup anyway.
   Re-installing has fixed several issues.
 * Next, you will need to try the steps above; deactivate all other plugins, then
   add them back one at a time.

 * I deactivated, deleted and installed it again. No change. I did deactivate all
   the plugins and activated it again. Still no change. I am waiting for the updated
   version. May be updating can solve my problems.

 * That could fix it, but I’m wondering what theme you are using and whether you
   have made any modifications to the plugin.

 * I am using an Obox theme, it was working initially and there are many reviews
   still. But recently, I don’t know what happened. I didn’t do any modification.
   When should i expect to see the updated version?

 * У меня была такая же проблема, плагин не мог добавить таблицу в базу данных, 
   поэтому кнопки “Отправить” не было.
    Плагин со странностями, снёс и не вспоминаю
   больше, мне помог Rich Reviews.
