# Why does registration shortcode not work?

 * First let me say what a great plugin “Profile Builder” is. It works right out
   of the box and allows great layouts.
 * The only problem I have is with the registration shortcode [wppb-register], which
   does not work on the login page of our test platform:

 * The registration shortcode can be seen at the bottom of section 2. Removing other
   shortcodes on the page does not help.
 * Hopefully you will be able to resolve this issue.

 * Please make sure that you are using the text editor.
 * Perhaps you are using some kind of visual editor that introduces certain formatting
   which breaks the shortcode.
 * Also, please try on a new separate page. Does it work that way?
