Why is WordPress doing this

Hi all,

I am pretty new to this WordPress and I am on a steep learning curve.

What I want to do is have it so whenever guest come to my page then engage with the chatbot. However something strange Happens before the green screen appears the user see a while screen first how do I stop this?
