 * It’s almost 2026. It would be great if Fluent Forms just used vanilla JS.

 * At the moment, **Fluent Forms still relies on jQuery**, especially for core components
   like the **File Upload field** and some interactive UI behaviors. These parts
   were built on jQuery to ensure **broad browser compatibility, stability, and 
   predictable behavior** across a wide range of WordPress setups.
 * We continuously evaluate modern JS approaches and refactor where it makes sense,
   but any transition away from jQuery has to be done carefully to avoid breaking
   existing forms and integrations.
 * We appreciate the feedback and will keep it in mind as the product evolves.

 * Yes, the developers should look into it and update to Vanilla JS.
