# Why only development?

 * Just wondering why it’s so important that this only be used on development? If
   only trusted users can upload/create new themes, wouldn’t it be easiest for those
   themes to be automatically enabled and yet still secure? This kinda goes along
   with the checkbox that allows site admins to enable plugins.
