# Why PHP error log?

 * Hi,
 * I have not set WP_DEBUG to true. However, under the log folder, I still see a
   file called xxxxx_com.php.error.log, which is the error log of PHP.
 * Why?

 * hello, this could be just the default logging file of the webserver
 * the WordPress debug log is always located in /wp-content/ and is called debug.
   log
