# widget

 * My widget is stuck. I have added the text widget however, when I click on edit
   so that I can enter info. It does not open therefore, I can not enter info or
   remove existing text.
 * I am not 100% sure about the version but it tells me to update to 2.6
 * Please advise.

 * The wordpress version should not matter for this since the text widget was there
   in the older version as well. I can’t troubleshoot the problem exactly, but I
   would suggest removing it and adding it again.
 * If that fails, then yes, just update your wordpress version and see if that resets
   it.
