Widget Admin UI Hangs

    I’m trying to add widgets to my sidebar. I can drag and drop them, then click to expand and change configuration. But when I click save, I get the spinning wheel and it just hangs. The changes are never committed. The remainder of the admin functions continue to work; its just the widgets that I cannot modify and save. Thoughts?

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-related problems.
