# Widget clears sidebar content

 * For some reason whenever I add a widget it clears the other links and content
   that I put in the sidebar. How can I fix this?

 * There is nothing to fix. You need to understand how widgets work: exactly as 
   you described.
 * If you drag even ONE single widget into the sidebar – that will **override** 
   anything coded manually in the sidebar. You need to put EVERYTHING in widgets,
   if you want to use them.
